Si bien dijo que no hay información oficial sobre ello, anticipa que cualquier cambio al texto constitucional debería responder a ampliar los derechos a las personas y no “darle más poder al poder”.
“No ha habido anuncio oficial de reformas constitucionales. No es normal que estemos en vilo de que en las próximas semanas pueda haber un cambio en la Constitución. En todo caso debería haber un debate, pero hay inseguridad jurídica: las leyes pueden cambiar de la noche a la mañana por una dispensa de trámite”, señaló la diputada de durante la entrevista en Frente a Frente, al referirse a que el oficialismo suele aprobar iniciativas de forma exprés y sin estudio.
