The president of the Government Ethics Tribunal (TEG), Néstor Castaneda, informed that they have already received “warnings” against the director of Penal Centers and vice minister of Security, Osiris Luna, about the use of inmates to carry out construction work on a beach lot.
El Diario de Hoy reported that between 15 and 20 inmates in a trust phase worked last Thursday, April 20, in the construction of a beach ranch on private land in Las Hojas, municipality of San Pedro Masahuat, department of La Paz. According to neighbors, it is a ranch for the mother of the Director of Penal Centers, Osiris Luna Meza, but the land is in the name of two lawyers, one of whom is a friend and partner of the official’s mother.

El presidente del Tribunal de Ética Gubernamental (TEG), Néstor Castaneda, informó que ya han recibido “avisos” contra el director de Centros Penales y viceministro de Seguridad, Osiris Luna, sobre la utilización de reos para realizar trabajos de construcción en un terreno de playa.
El Diario de Hoy informó que entre 15 y 20 reos en fase de confianza trabajaron el pasado jueves 20 de abril en la construcción de un rancho de playa en un terreno privado en Las Hojas, municipio de San Pedro Masahuat, departamento de La Paz. Según los vecinos, es un rancho para la madre del director de Centros Penales, Osiris Luna Meza, pero el terreno está a nombre de dos abogados, uno de éstos amiga y socia de la madre del funcionario.
