The latest report from the Procuraduría para la Defensa de los Derechos Humanos (PDDH) (Human Rights Ombudsman’s Office) states that it received 239 complaints against Centros Penales (Directorate General of Penal Centers) for human rights violations. Organizations have filed complaints and legal notices with the Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) (Attorney General’s Office) for possible criminal offenses. The Policía Nacional Civil (PNC) (National Civil Police) remains in first place.

Notwithstanding the food rationing, Bukele tweeted regarding the “international community” that is “worried for their little angels, come and bring them food because I will not reduce the budget for schools to feed these terrorists.”

Además del racionamiento, el presidente Bukele se refirió a la “comunidad internacional” que está “preocupada por sus angelitos, vengan y tráiganles comida, porque yo no le quitaré presupuesto a las escuelas para darle de comer a estos terroristas”.
