In addition, they will be implemented by a State that spies on its journalists, that is, putting on paper something that is already being done illegally,” said César Castro Fagoaga, president of APES.
APES exige detener reformas que permitirían espionaje
“Van a ser implementadas por un Estado que abiertamente se ha mostrado enemigo de la prensa, van a ser implementadas por un Estado que tiene funcionarios que han reconocido abiertamente que dan seguimiento a periodistas. Además, van ser implementadas por un Estado que espía a sus periodistas, es decir, lo que se está haciendo es poniendo en papel algo que ya se hace de manera ilegal”, declaró César Castro Fagoaga, presidente de APES.
